FM Coaching helps facilities management achieve its set performance goals by helping the people who run it. It is about change, about making changes.

The aim of coaching is to close the gap between the current and the expected FM performance. It helps the people who serve in the facilities management to look at their beliefs, focus on their goals and help them to realise their set objectives.

FM Coaching does three things:

  1. Shows the current practices and their performance.
  2. Provide the choices that direct the FM team to achieve the set goals.
  3. Helps the FM team to persist in that change.


Coaching Team

It provides FM team the opportunity to go beyond their current abilities; to create broader opportunities using a results-oriented process based upon team member relationships, shared experience, and interpersonal awareness. Team coaching is customized to achieve the FM department’s specific needs and desired outcomes. It creates synergy, enhances the coordination, collaboration, and creative thinking needed to address the current challenging issues.


Coaching Individual

Individual coaching provides one-on-one custom leadership and management development opportunities for FM managers and executives. Each engagement is custom designed to each participant, focusing on their particular development to conquer the current or future anticipated FM challenges.


Coaching methodologies and assessments will be used to identify individuals or team behaviors, gaps in perception and thinking, to impress upon them think more openly, and to work together in a manner that creates shared group understanding and increases effectiveness toward achieving the set performance.
